Raw media
The file you upload is used to produce a report and is then deleted on the schedule above. You can request earlier deletion. Once raw media is deleted, a report cannot be regenerated from it.
Derived reports
The report data, frame crops, heatmaps, and provenance record are kept for your plan window so you can revisit and export them. Export as PDF or JSON at any time.
Account deletion
Deleting your account removes your reports and account data and triggers deletion of any stored media, usually within a few days.
Legal holds
We may keep specific data longer where the law requires it, for example an open legal request. Anything held this way is isolated and not used for any other purpose.
