Going over your plan
Usage beyond your monthly allowance is billed at roughly $0.25 to $0.40 per minute, validated against measured cost. Nothing stops working when you go over, and you can move to a larger plan at any time.
Billing questions
- How is usage measured?
- By minute of media analysed, not per file. A ten-minute clip counts as ten minutes whether you send it as one file or several.
- What happens if I go over my included minutes?
- You are billed for the extra minutes at the overage rate. Nothing is blocked, and you can upgrade at any time.
- Can I pay annually?
- Not in v1. Plans are monthly while pricing settles.
- Why are these called early-access prices?
- We are still measuring the real cost per minute. Prices will change once that data is in, and saying so now means a later change is not a surprise.
